1980 – 1999

1989:
[June 19] Hunter, Anarchy’s brother, is born in Fresno, CA
[September 9] Sethfire is born in London, England

1994:
 [May 7] Anarchy is born in Fresno, CA 
 [October 10] Chey is born in Poughkeepsie, NY 

1995: 
 [summer] Sethfire & his parents move to Great Neck Estates, NY
 [July 7] Kato is born in Great Falls, MT
 [December 17] Athena is born in Great Neck, NY 

1997:
 Anarchy’s dad starts beating him shortly after the family loses the house and is forced to move into cheap trailer park
 Sethfire begins getting molested by his tutor
 [early autumn] CPS is called on Chey’s parents; they’re arrested and he’s put into foster care  

1999: 
 [May 11] Aetos is born in Rasayani, India
 [late May/early June] Aetos adopted by missionaries and taken back to live in Ridgefield, NJ
 Sethfire’s molestation comes to an end when he’s able to start college classes (Columbia); his tutor is caught abusing a different child and jailed

2000 – 2005

2000:
▸ [late spring] Anarchy’s dad bodily throws him onto the front stoop stairs, causing a broken rib that punctures his lung; requires surgery

2001:
 [spring] Kato and his family move to Queens, NY (specifically Douglaston)
 Kato begins getting intermittently sexually abused by a teacher at his elementary school

2002: 
 [summer] Kato’s sexual abuse ends; he represses all memories of it 

2003:
 Anarchy is pulled out of public school to hide the abuse at home
 Sethfire gets his BA and starts on a Masters

2005: 
 [late autumn/early winter] Chey saves his foster brother, Landon, from being drowned—and is badly beaten by his foster mother for it; he subsequently attempts suicide but fails when the rope breaks 

 

2006 – 2010

 

2006:
▸ [late winter/early spring] Chey runs away from his foster home
▸ Sethfire gets his Masters and continues putting off medical school by working as a CNA

2007:
 [early spring] Sethfire’s suicide attempt | Severance 「🔗」
▸ Kato is sexually assaulted by his boyfriend, Cyrus; he begins self-harming soon afterward
▸ Sethfire begins working towards a PhD in psychology at NYU 

2008: 
 [mid-May] Hunter, Anarchy’s brother, is killed by an IED
 [August] Anarchy runs away from home after his father slashes him across the face with a broken bottle; Anarchy then meets Chey at a railyard & they become fast friends. They travel to NYC together where Chey helps Anarchy get "employed" as a drug courier | Take Me Where I’ve Never Been 「🔗」 

2009:
 [late summer] Chey & Anarchy get paid in oxy; start using opiates

▸Chey bounces from foster home to foster home as he gets kicked out for misbehavior; during this time he gets hospitalized on multiple occasions for quasi-attempted suicide

2013

Clinicians begin using the Query Portal (February) and every Maryland hospital is connected in (December).

2014

CRISP turns on ENS service (August) and Board is expanded (December).

2015

Health plans begin accessing records through a special CRISP portal (March), and CRISP begins routing CCDAs at hospital discharge (June).

2016

CRS monthly hospital reports grow from 2 to 17. The tableau reporting tool is turned on (March) HSCRC funds the ICN project for infrastructure to support care management (August).

2017

InContext Alerts go live (May), West Virginia’s WVHIN partners with CRISP (October), and CRISP DC is formed (December).

2018

CRISP launches a new reporting and analytics platform leveraging comprehensive, Maryland-wide Parts A, B, and D Medicare claim. The launch provides timely population-level data to all hospitals and patient-level data to state policymakers and hospitals participating in Maryland’s Care Redesign programs.

2019

D.C. Medicaid claims data become available. A new open-source HIE stack is implemented. First county EMS is connected. CRISP begins responding to national network inquiries.

2020

CRISP products designed to support the region are released as open-source; increased volumes of clinical data move through national network integrations.

2021

Real-time hospital utilization reports are launched. COVID-19 testing reports and notifications are introduced. Connecticut's Connie partners with CRISP.

2022 – ∞

Key infrastructure built to support the pandemic response is becoming part of long-term public health efforts. The Vaccine Tracking Service enables proactive patient outreach. Data feeds into CRISP are used for multiple purposes, as allowed, thereby reducing provider burden.
